St. Monica's rc Primary school 2011/2012
Maria Amidu is working with pupils, teachers, parents and carers at St. Monica's Primary School on a creative thinking project to explore the key components of the primary school literacy curriculum – speaking, listening, reading and writing. Over the coming months Maria will develop ideas in collaboration with the school looking at how and why we communicate, and produce a final artwork with participants for the PEER/Participate showcase exhibition at the gallery in summer 2012.
