29/06/19 - Hoxton Street Market Summer Fair
On Saturday 29 June 2019, PEER Ambassadors and PEER Notices artist Rebecca Moss took over two stalls at Hoxton Street Market Summer Fair.
Over the course of two workshops, the Ambassadors were asked to invent their own fair games ready for the public to play on Saturday. As a result, they created three different fun activities, the first one being a bath full of slime where people had to reach in and collect little dinosaurs; then ‘Pistol Portrait’, where players had to colour in faces with a selection of paint filled water pistols and last but not least, an assault course involving, among other things, a huge latex hand!
All these elements were either found or reutilised in accordance with Rebecca’s ethos of zero-waste. It was a fair not to be forgotten!
